The Dignity® Difference

The Dignity® Difference

Dignity Memorial®, North America's largest provider of funeral, cremation and cemetery services, with more than 20,000 dedicated individuals who provide caring assistance to families in need,  lead the industry with end-of-life options and benefits. One of the most important objectives of Dignity Memorial providers is to offer extensive grief support and encouragement to families who have experienced the loss of a loved one, helping them to create meaningful, unique services as special as the lives they represent.

When you choose a Dignity Memorial® provider, you not only receive the compassionate care you expect from a locally operated establishment, but also the value you deserve from the largest network of funeral homes and cemeteries—including an array of services that is unmatched by any other funeral provider in North America.

National Plan Transferability
When you have a plan with a Dignity Memorial provider and move more than 75 miles away, your pre-arranged funeral services are fully transferable and will be honored by more than 2,000 Dignity Memorial providers in North America.

Bereavement Travel Services
Our nationwide network allows us to partner with global experts who will assist you and your family with time-sensitive travel arrangements. The benefit to you is clear: providing the best available options so that you can be with those who mean so much when it matters most.

Family Financial Protection
Should you pass away before your purchased cemetery property is paid for, our Family Financial Protection ensures that any remaining balance due to the cemetery will be waived and will not be your family’s responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.

Child / Grandchild Protection Plan
If you have a Dignity Memorial plan in place, and should you suffer the loss of a child or grandchild, we will provide complimentary funeral or cremation services up to the same level as your plan through any Dignity Memorial provider nationwide. Restrictions apply. We regret that this plan is not available in Maryland.
Compassion Helpline®
The Compassion Helpline offers families unlimited phone access to professional grief counselors for 13 months after services are provided by any Dignity Memorial provider throughout North America. In addition, everyone who attends a visitation, chapel or memorial service will have three months access to the Compassion Helpline.
100% Service Guarantee
Each Dignity Memorial provider is committed to service beyond expectation before, during and after the service. To that end, we offer this guarantee: if there is anything we can do to meet your individual needs, please let us know and we will take care of it immediately.

Dignity Memorial Guidance Series
Losing someone close to you and the accompanying grief can be hard to comprehend. Our Guidance Series, a grief management resource library, was developed to support and comfort anyone dealing with these complex emotions.

Personal Planning Guide
The Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide is a valuable tool to help you organize vital end-of-life information. It takes you through the planning process step by step and lets you record your final wishes, personal affairs, family heritage, military history, estate information and more into a single, centralized document.

Everlasting Memorial®/Everlasting Moments
Share and preserve your loved one’s life story with a tribute movie, photo gallery and online biography. A personalized hardcover keepsake book is also available.
