Lesson of Life.
Checking my email account from Google, I found the following message:
"Hi Marina,
Claudia Valderrama Also commented on her status.
Claudia wrote: "do not worry Marina, so is life: people do not appreciate what they have. I'm fine and you know that I face the difficulties simply and objectively. Sometimes, life surprises us suddenly and without requirement. It's ok. I'll defend myself. kiss "
Thanks,
The Facebook Team "
It was a great surprise for me. I was a bit confused and scared at the same time, since this is a message from my dear friend Maria Claudia, who died recently.
My first reaction was to check the date of the message, but I was surprised to see that was dated September 26. For a moment I thought someone was making a joke, but then I realized that the message was sent in 2011. Tomorrow will be exactly one year!
Maria Claudia wrote several truths in this text:
People often do not appreciate what they have.
Difficulties should be faced simply and objectively.
Life can surprise us suddenly and without any requirement.
I have no doubt that Maria Claudia never expected not to be among us a few months after having gone through the situation that led her to write this message. The truth is that, now that she's not with us, her words become more important.
Understand that life is today, that we must face it simply and objectively, and that appreciating what we have, can lead us to live happier, is today's great lesson for me.
Thinking of you!
